'Crimson King' Norway Maple

Description:

‘Crimson King’  is a purple Norway maple and is popular for its purple foliage throughout the summer. The leaves turn dark maroon to bronze in the fall.

A common name among gardeners in Atlantic Canada is red maple, however, this is not to be confused with Acer rubrum which means red maple.

Special features:  

Provides dense shade and very ornamental contrast to green.  Large growing to a height of 35'-45' and  25' - 30' wide.

15' high and 10' wide
