Description:
Goldsmith is a cross between Granny Smith and Golden Delicious introduces in 1975. While green in colour, the shape is less round than a Granny and more like a Golden Delicious. Ripens 2 weeks earlier than Granny Smith The flavour is also a good mix you can taste the acid of the Granny, but the sweet of the Golden Delicious. Flesh is fine firm and cream coloured. Stores well.
