Description: 
We've discovered the 'old fashoined' Gravenstein on a farm in the Annapolis Valley.  Mainly yellow skinned with orange/red flecks and blush on the sunny side of the apple.

Fresh, sauces, cider and pies

Golden Russet, McIntosh, Pink Pearl, Yellow Transparent, Idared.
 
White flowering crabapples are also good pollinisers for this variety.
