Description: 

Eating apple with sweet pleasant mild flavour. Medium to large golden coloured fruit with a blush of orange to pink when it ripens fully. Thin skin. Extremely cold hardy. Like a 'Golden Delicious' with a touch of honey.

 

Uses: 

Used for eating, pie and sauces.

 

Harvest: 

Late season, October. Keeps well in cold storage.
