Description: 
Medium sized quince with juicier flesh than most.  Turns a rich amber colour when cooked. Mild sweet flavour.
Quince can also be used in the ornamental garden due to the spectacular sofrt pink to white blossoms in Spring.
 
Uses: 
Paste, jellies, candied and baking.
 
Harvest: 
Mid to late September 
 
Pollinators:
Self fertile but will perform better with another quince variety.
